| Good for you -- the next time you go to a family function it will be easier. You did great! This was a good first test for you and you passed with flying colors! Fortunately I was in charge of food so I made sure there were plenty of things I could eat, but I made stuff for my family that I didn't eat also. Keep up the great work!!

| thanks so much...i'm new to this...i write at home in a journal to keep track of what i eat and exercise..but on here its nice to hear someone else telling me i'm doing great!!! |
