| hi Will - glad you are here and ready to make a change in your life. I hope you have the 2002 Dr Atkins New Diet Revolution book.....Amazon.com has copies very cheap if you don't have it yet. Good luck on your weight loss....do a clean induction, if it's not on the acceptable food list - don't put it in your mouth! Drink at least 64 ounces of pure water every day (not tea or coffee -- water!), exercise of some form is mandatory also -- dance around your home, walk, bike, run whatever you like to do. Make sure you eat different foods and plan meals in advance so you know what you're eating and won't cheat as easily. Good luck - you can do this.
