| Hiya, we're here. Congratulations on deciding to take a step toward losing weight and improving your health. Don't worry about your current weight loss goals; whether they're high or low, the main thing is to regain control of your life. I have roughly 75 pounds to lose so I'm certainly no stranger to a tall order. You're on the right track. Keep it up and don't be afraid to ask questions. Best of luck! |

Make sure you plan meals in advance so you will be less likely to eat something you shouldn't. Remember...if it's not on the acceptable food list it doesn't go in your mouth!
