| Welcome, Edge Don't worry about the A.D.D. stuff when getting in to Atkins. Just learn some basic principles and they will be enough to guide you through a vast multitude of dietary choices in food. Principles, that's the key. Keep it simple. |

| hi Edge -- how about letting your wife read the 2002 Dr Atkins New Diet Revolution (DANDR) book -- that's the edition we use here.....one of you really needs to know the basics to continue on this WOE and get to your goals. There is plenty of information in the stickie section of the 14 day induction section here Atkins Diet 14-day Induction - Atkins Diet. Also, make sure you are both drinking AT LEAST 64 ounces of water daily (not tea, coffee, soda, kool-aid -- plain water) and exercising daily also. It doesn't have to be running a marathon right off the bat, but you need to walk, climb stairs, dance, whatever you can do.
