| ohbehave, I am so glad you found Atkins. Once you get past induction and start adding in other foods, you will probably find this an extremely rewarding way of eating, both in weight loss and in general health benefits. You have a great advantage in that you are able to commit 100% from the start. Planning is everything. Make sure you have your refrigerator and cupboards stocked with legal foods. Keep legal snacks in your refrigerator and on your person when you go out. Take before measurements and pictures so you can share your progress with us. And if you have any questions or problems, do let us know. So glad you joined us, and wishing you the very best! |
