| Welcome to the Board! Fried chicken is okay as long as all the ingredients you are using are acceptable during Induction. Here is the list of foods you are allowed to eat during the first phase of Atkins: http://www.atkinsdietbulletinboard.c...induction.html (What foods can be eaten on Induction?)

Imagine that you're doing great, losing weight, feeling better than ever, thrilled with yourself, hearing compliments from friends and acquaintances---and then it happens! Despite all your good intentions, you're mightily tempted by a food you're not supposed to have. What to do? I'll tell you this: You'd better have a strategy ready!" | hi Fran -- welcome to ADBB!! I eat fried chicken at least once a week (no flour of course) and enjoy it each time. Some people crush pork rinds and use them as a coating which is great also. You'll find wonderful recipes on the links I'm sending....make sure you're eating only induction recipes to begin with!! Drink at least 64 ounces of water a day and exercise everyday!! You'll do fine. Good luck.
