| Welcome back to the Atkins WOE! We follow the 2002 Dr Atkins New Diet Revolution edition (DANDR) here on the board. Make sure you are eating only foods on the acceptable food list - if it's not on the list it doesn't belong in your mouth! Follow the rules of induction and make sure you drink at least 64 ounces of pure water a day. I hope you have and are reading the book so you understand everything. The first 14 days are the most critical - so make sure you do a clean induction. Here are some recipe sites you can use - make sure you are using induction recipes to begin with. There are a couple groups you might want to subscribe to here - STAC (Second Time Around Club) and Century Club. We also have many challenges to help keep you motivated. Good luck to you.
