Hey everybody the names Jeff and I just wanted to introduce myself. I'm from New Orleans Louisiana and I'm a big guy who is in desperate need of some serious weight loss. I just started Atkins a few days ago and I am actually losing weight much better this time around. But anyways, nice to meet you all and I look forward to becoming your friend!

Have you checked out that STAC (Second Time Around Club) Forum yet? That's a gathering place for those of us who have had to do Atkins more than once to make it "stick" (myself included!). There's a daily roll call, and it's a great place to get support. In fact, this board is huge... take the time to explore. You'll get hooked!
