Hi everyone,

I just found this forum the other day and am looking forward to reading through. It seems like a very supportive community here. My dad is what inspired me to live atkins lifestyle. 1 yr ago he was 450+ and now he's down past 280. He looks much better and lives a much happier life now. I'm looking forward to this. I just turned 27 and realized that nobody is gonna do this for me so I better get active and care about my own health. Thanks in advance to the board for all the questions I'm sure to have and I look forward to getting to know all of you
