| Thanks for the welcome everyone. I'm so glad I found you! Like many I 'thought' I was doing Induction all last week and when I didn't get the results I was looking for (3 lbs loss) I came looking for support. Evidently I need to tweak a couple of things. That includes monitoring my Splenda consumption because I was having several cups of coffee AND several glasses of Crystal Light daily. (Bad, bad Julie ) I was also incorporating too much cheese in my diet (likely double) having found a recipe for a Low Carb Taco Bake and using it for lunch and dinner 3 days in a row (very yummy)...but hey now, I have enough of it in my freezer to make lunches for every day this week. Seems like I'll need to work on some new dinner ideas. Thanks again for the welcome and Happy Monday! |
