Hi Doddz!! Welcome to ADBB and a new way of eating. Enjoy your journey - if you need anything all you have to do is ask. Drink plenty of water, stay within the totals set in the 2002 DANDR book and get plenty of exercise.

Make sure you vary your meals so you don't get bored. Give it 14 days without cheating and you won't believe how wonderful you will feel!!!
