| Welcome to the board, nerakgg! You are not alone in being metabolic resistant but the diet will work for you if you are patient. There is a chapter about it in the 2002 edition of the Dr. Atkins New Diet Revolution that should help. That's the version we use here on the board. Drinking lots of water and getting some exercise helps a lot too so maybe you would like to join an exercise challenge or two. Keep us posted on your progress! |
