Where do those carbs come from? Do you have the list of ingredients? As far as I know, Fanta Zero is sweetened with aspartame, which is not among the sweeteners allowed on Atkins. This means that Fanta Zero is not allowed either.

Welcome to the board, Rasha! You would do much better to drink just plain water because that's what your body really wants and needs to stay healthy. I know it's hard to give up soda but it can be done and you will be better off for it. Good luck and keep us posted on your progress!
