| Welcome, SeaDana. I love your photos. Your life looks like my dreams! After the initial 2 week induction period, you can start adding in most of the foods you are missing. Check our recipe section and Linda's Low Carb Recipes. There are even legal brownie recipes! Good luck, and congratulations on your great start! |

| I tried the low fat way...my friend was doing weight watchers so I did it too...as well as jenny craig...I just can't lose weight that way, either...this plan makes sense.... |

| Welcome to the board, Dana! And congrats on your loss! I know what you mean about a wetsuit, they do act like a girdle. What I didn't like was breaking all my fingernails getting into and out of them! Good luck on your journey! |
