| hi newme -- if you are ready to make a commitment to a new, healthy you then this program will help. I'm sorry about your marital problems - been there done that - now is the time you need to take care of yourself. Get the 2002 Dr Atkins New Diet Revolution Book (amazon has them pretty cheap), eat only food on the acceptable food list, drink plenty of water (at least 64 ounces of pure water daily) and exercise -- you will see changes before you know it. Do the first 14 days of induction without cheating and you'll find out how much power you have over what goes in your mouth. Good luck to you.
