Hi Pamela! Welcome. You are doing terrific so far! I started (originally) right where you were. I have kept the first 60 off for over three years but got off track and yo yoed around the 230 to 240 mark for the past couple of years. I am now rededicated and hoping to make it all the way this time. At your rate you will be passing me by soon, so be sure to post when you hit one-derland cause I will be right on your trail (I hope).

Thanks everyone! I am so happy to be back on track and back online with this wonderful forum. A few years back I lost about 67lbs with this plan but somehow let the up's and down's of life get me off track. However, one of the most important tools I had was this forum. I was able to get so much inspiration and guidance here. So I am just so happy to be back! I cannot wait to get to know everyone and to be here to support everyone I can. I know that I can certainly use the support! Thanks so much! Pamela
