| welcome back -- you should check out the STAC (second time around club) -- you'll find much support there. I'm glad you have rid your kitchen of the junk -- that's a huge step forward. Make sure you eat a variety of food, lots of veggies, drink plenty of water (at least 64 ounces a day) and exercise. You'll be on your road to a more beautiful you in no time!! | Welcome to the board! Do you have the 2002 edition of the Dr. Atkins New Diet Revolution? It will get you up to speed on what you need to do to get the diet done right. And it's the best motivator I know of. It will be invalvable to you! |

| hey! thanks for the posts! yes i've done my homework and bought a copy! i really feel quite positive about it all! I've had a great first day, a few cravings but nothing to moan about really! roll on day 2! |
