| welcome ewa -- glad you have found your way back to the Atkins WOE! You know the plan works as long as you follow the way it was written. Make sure your eating only foods on the acceptable food list, drink at least 64 ounces of pure water daily (coffee, tea, kool-aid, crystal light doesn't count) and exercise daily.
