| yes i excesice 3-4x week, doing the jillian michaels 30 day shred. im not sure about the about the jello i will have to check it out. but dont you think i should still be loosing |

| Welcome back Kellu! You definitely need to read the Book because I don't see ANY veggies in your menu! Veggies are key to this way of eating! And you are eating a lot of salty foods which are probably making you retain water. Read the Atkins Phases forum for help on what and how much you should be eating and good luck to you! |

| Don't give up! Just be sure you are following the rules of Induction, you will see results. I agree with blueberrylady that you need to add some veggies in there! Like your mom says, "They're good for you!" |

| So I have been adding more veggies and stop eating the jello but this morning I weighed in and I gained a pound. I am soooo frustrated, do you think that maybe this diet doesnt work for everyone. I know so many people who have lost so much weight on this but I cant loose anything. |
