| Welcome Heyitsariana! Nice that you joined us here at ADBB. You're right about Atkins being a healthy way to eat and I'm sure you'll be able to beat those cravings. If I were you, as you don't want to lose any weight, I'd move straight into OWL (ongoing weight loss) after your two week induction. Move up the rungs and try to sort out what causes your cravings. It's amazing what you discover about yourself and the way various foods affect you, in OWL. A tip. If you always have a high fat snack handy, this is very helpful for when those cravings hit. Keep us posted... we're with you 100%.

| Welcome to the board, Ariana! Most of us have suffered from binge eating and it takes planning and determination to stop doing it but it can be done! So read all you can here and keep the right foods handy at all times. If you can identify what causes your binges, boredom, loneliness, stress, anger, whatever, it will help you to cope doing those times and stop the binge before it gets started. Good luck to you! |
