Hola! I'm Holly. I'm 25 years old, I live in Birmingham, Alabama. I am married, and have one 4 year old daughter, Riley.

I'm doing Atkins to get back my pre-pregnancy body, and to set an example for my daughter.

I have been on the diet for one week, and lost 10lbs!

Any guidance would be much appreciated!!
