| Curry paste should be fine. Have a check of the ingredients to make sure there is not sugar and starches there. Count the carbs towards your total. Welcome. On to day two....

| Just check the paste ingredients to make sure there is nothing hidden in there. I definitely need the spicy jolt of curry and chilies to keep my meats interesting when on induction. I also like cilantro to pump up the flavors too. Once you get to Rung two, tandoori is another taste treat. |
