| Interesting. I hope you have time to share more of what you can find out there. Did you have a chance to look at Gary Taubes book. Not quite the kind of science you probably would want but a nice introduction to the subject. And though I am all for this and I am firm believer in Atkins and in low carb I just wanted you to be a bit careful. I know how narrow minded those research milieus are. | wow! how weird is that, i was just reading articles by taubes on t nation! my boyfriend is a bodybuilding freak and he sent me lots of links! i've not read the book, but i'll get my mits on it. the articles/research papers im looking into are mainly done by third parties, so theyre not biased in any way! (or at least they shouldnt be) i forgot one vital piece of information lol - even though im an "ideal weight" according to my height, I average between 30-32% body fat!! measured with various devices! ![]() thank you for your input liv! |
