| Welcome to the board! You've come to the right place for support and encouragement! This weekend doesn't have to derail you, I'm looking forward to it! I love grilled chicken, hot dogs, hamburgers, and veggies. Just skip the potato salad and macaroni salad, eat the meat without bread or buns and you will be full and satisfied! You should also get a copy of the 2002 edition of the Dr. Atkins New Diet Revolution! It's the one we use here and it's a great motivator. Mine is lying open on the countertop right now even though I've had it for 5 years and have read it dozens of times! Good luck to you! |

| Welcome! Am very jealous - have spent a fair amount of time in Greensboro and it is beautiful! Also jealous of your cook-out - I love all those grilled meats, but I live in an apartment!! :-( Very best of luck!
