| Welcome to the board, Marq! You need to get a copy of the 2002 edition Dr. Atkins New Diet Revolution because that's the book this site is based on. It's a great motivator and explains fully how and why the diet works. Also read the Forums here and they will help you get started the right way. | I think it is best to decide on a plan and stick to it. Here of course we are following the 2002 Atkins Plan. And we love it.
