| welcome back -- so happy you made the choice to come back to the best WOE on the planet. I agree with you about using smaller plates - I also put my portion on my plate at the stove before I go to the table...when my plate is empty (if I do finish everything) that's the end - nothing more for me. I have found this is an easier way around over sized portions on my plate. I was never a fast eater so slowing down has made my family even more disgusted (good for them) with me because no one leaves the table until everyone is finished eating. Exercise is a wonderful part of my day now -- a few months ago I huffed & puffed to the corner not I walk several miles at a time but my favorite thing to do is I ride 20 miles on my stationary bike daily - it's my time and I enjoy it. Good luck to you -- I'm glad you won't be a slave to the scale (evil nasty piece of metal crap!) - good for you!
