| hi Laura -- we are all in the same boat here, we need each others support to get by daily. When you feel you can't go any further come here and let us help -- by inspiring us you will help us also! Good luck to you -- I am diabetic so I know that loosing some weight will do you a world of good. Also the walking is wonderful -- you may not think it's far but it's good for a start ... add a little more to it in a few weeks and before long you'll laugh at thinking you couldn't do it!! Good for you - your son needs you healthy so you need to do this for yourself so you can be there for him.

| Hello Ladies, Than-you all very much for the encouragement! I really am at the right place!!! Laura. P.S. Im still on induction! Im feeling very good. Just got back from my walk and today I started to add some sit-ups and push-ups to my exercise routine. Take-care and again thanks for all the support. Its greatly appreciated! |
