| Welcome to ADBB Beanie Good work on doing Atkins and losing weight. I don't know what is going on with your little pause there. It is not unusual to pause for a bit on this Diet. If you wish you can share your menu with us and we will let you know if there are thing you could improve. Have you thought about moving up OWL. Maybe you need a change?

| Welcome to the board, Beanie! And congrats on your loss so far! You may need to eat a little more veggies to help start losing again. Also check to see if there may be hidden sugars in some of the things you're eating. Do you have the 2002 edition of the Dr. Atkins New Revolution? It's the book we go by here and if you follow it to the letter, you will succeed. Good luck to you! |

| welcome and congratulations on a wonderful amount of weight gone!! I agree you could be pausing while your body catches up -- post some of your menus on the Rate my menu area and let them pick it apart to help you!!continued success to you!!
