| Welcome to the board, Franco! Losing weight will definitely help with joint problems. I used to have a lot of knee pain but not anymore. Now I can go hiking with dh and be totally pain free. I wish the same for you! |

| thanks. the goal is to be able to run pain free by the end of the year so losing weight is only part of the goal |
