Default Starting Atkins

Hi

I am starting the atkins diet

14 day ind, then onto greatness.

Am starting lot of exercises alongside the diet, training my fat body into a fine tuned tool.

I plan to go from fat to fit in a few months.

this is a very big task, and im making a blog on YouTube, hopefully people can get something from it.

Hi everyone, Im 30 and plan to get my old body back that i had when i was 18.

I was very trim and toned and had a body all the women wanted to touch.

I want it back, Its mine, Im going to get it!

Come with me

IF we put our minds to it, we can get there FAST

Hi Fit -- make sure you are eating properly and drinking enough water so you don't sabbotage your weight loss. Get a copy of the 2002 Dr Atkins New Diet Revolution (DANDR) if you don't have it yet - good luck at getting the women to want to "touch" you again....lol

Welcome to the board!

I read your blog on youtube and I have no idea why you wanted to gain as much weight as you could just to see if you could lose it again but I know from experience that it goes on a lot faster than it comes off!

I wish you luck but don't be discouraged if losing it takes longer than you want it to.

Hi there blueberrylady

I did it before xmas last year as a tryout, but i only gained upto 2 stone then lost it in 3 months.

It was 14.0 stone starting weight and the final weight was 12.05 stone

I am doing this only to learn more about the body and how it acts to fast weight gain and losses.

This is purely for educational purposes only.

I wanted to incorparate a Low Carb Plan on the routine, which is why came here.

I might need advice every so often so its good to have experienced people around like you guys

Thanks

Welcome aboard! ... though I have to say I'm foxed as to why anyone would want to learn about how the body reacts to fast weight gain etc...
Remember, every time you go on a diet, the results will vary. There are so many factors: food consumption, age & gender, exercise level, food intolerances, medications... Many people here lose fast the first time, and more slowly if they repeat the plan (though, if they do the plan properly they do still lose)...

Anyway... happy losing!
(PS... sorry, I couldn't access your utube blog)
