| Welcome back! I'm on day 9 and these boards have really helped me stay 'perfect on plan'. Since you've had success in the past, you know it works. I probably won't be the first to tell you that you've set a pretty aggressive goal, so want to make sure you don't set yourself up for disappointment. You may want to check out the 'second time around club' forums for motivation! Good luck! |
