| Hello and welcome. Making the decision to start is the first step. I have already lost 30 kg and it can be done. You have to be committed and patient but it WILL happen if you follow the plan and exercise. |

| Thanks for your support and encouragement guys. ![]() Star Trek rocks! So many great characters and stories. Being an athiest I've been searching around for the equivilent of the religious 'bless you', and 'may evolution through natural selection favour you' is a bit of a mouthful.
