| Hi there your doing well so far.Us women always put on the weight in pregnancies i have 3 children youngest is just over1 and i went bigger with each one last july started diet and hey today im 99lb lighter gone from 283 to 184 just under a year well take it a step at a time exercise that will boost the weight loss and drink only water all the best.

| Man the weight is coming off easy... I just dont want it to slow down... weighed myself this morning and down to 193 YAY! It probably helps that I am taking my daughter on walks every day and taking her to the park and running around with her... Man I may have to lower my goal I think I may get to 150! LOVE YOU GUYS |
