| Weclome to the board, C! And congrats on your loss so far! Your problem may be due to your change in diet, especially if you're now eating a lot of broccoli and cauliflower. Your body sometimes needs time to adjust. Or maybe you are catching a cold. I hope you're over it soon, whatever it is! Good luck to you! |

| When I first started I had a week of fun in the bathroom....it stopped as soon as my body got use to the things I was eating and the foods I was eating. But if it continues I'd call the doctor! Good luck to you.
