Atkins.com, suggest that during induction one can have 2 Atkins snacks. Imagood1 advises not to have these snacks because the ingredients are not induction foods. Can someone explain why the website is subscribing to something different from the book? Im new and just wanting to know which are the best sources. Thanks all.

Well who do you think benefit from you buying Atkins "snacks" ?
That company have the right to use the name Atkins but they are a company selling products and trying to survive that way.
So what do you think?

Good point liv, the site is completly atkins so I thought it belonged to whomever inherited Dr Atkins empire! So I will just consider the DANDR as gospel...

Nope they bought out the good doctor and have now subverted his original intentions so stick to DANDR and you will be all right.
