| Are you still in induction phase?stick to 20 carbs daily you will lose faster and since your getting married in 4 months do some exercise even up and down the stairs 50 times anything to speed it up that will help you.Good luck but i will say its best to weigh at the beginning and during so you can keep track of your journey.

| Have you taken your measurements? Lots of times you are shrinking even though you can't see it. I would suggest you take them now if you didn't at the beginning. Good luck to you! |

| how much water do you drink daily? If your sticks are dark it usually means you are dehydrated....64 ounces is the minimum water intake recommended daily -- that's pure water, nothing but ice added. You should find some sort of exercise you can do and start. It will help your body tone up so you look better on your wedding day....and it will also help with your weight loss. I do agree you need to either weigh and take your measurements so you know where you are to begin with and where you are a month from now.
