Heavy stiff joints are a part of this....it will go away in a few days but most all of us experience it. When I first started I made myself go up and down stairs to get my exercise in .... I did 15 flights each day. When I finished I felt like my legs would fall off but within a few days the stiffness was gone and I'm still climbing each day. Make sure you are drinking enough water (64 ounces pure water daily) -- that can help with the stiffness. Good luck

You might want to post a daily menu in the Review My Menu thread. There may be something contributing to your Induction woes. ALso make sure you get some magnesium in your vitamins/supplements. I also take L-glutamine to aid in rebuilding/preserving muscle tissue.

If you were experiencing heavy legs before you started Atkins, you should see your doctor because it could be symptom of PAD.
