| Adopt this as your permanent life style. Work up through the rungs, and you will never have to worry about it again. I had a very similar experience to yours on WW and am far far happier low carbing. My losses are slow these days but I am still losing. |

| You probably won't loose as quickly or as easily as you did before...your body is already use to "starving" -- so it will take it awhile to figure out it's getting nutritious food. Don't give up - keep going...you'll see results soon.
