| good luck -- we follow the 2002 Drr Atkins New Diet Revolution (DANDR) edition if you don't have a copy you should get one so you understand the plan and can make choices for a long time commitment instead of until the doritos and little debbies get in the way again...lol Drink 64 ounces of pure water daily (nothing added) - exercise starting today -- it's not an option, it's mandatory! | Thanks guys! 2 days down, 12 to go. I'm doing well, no cheats, lots of water, but today I am weak, the energy levels are in the negative. :-( I'll keep pushin though. |
