| 15 pounds down - way to go. Sounds like you are doing wonderful. Also when you weight-train you will build some muscles. So though you are losing fat, you are making muscles. And they are firmer (prettier) and denser so the scale will not tell you the real truth but the mirror will. Welcome to ADBB. We have a strength training going, hope you will join us next month. | hi and welcome Calfia -- there are 2 groups you can join, STAC (second time around club) and Centure Club -- they are wonderful groups where you will get extra support if you want it. You are smart not worrying about what the scale says....your body will tell you all you need to know and the fact that you are lifting weights you will tone up more quickly and feel much better! Make sure you are eating the proper foods (acceptable food list items only), drinking at least 64 ounces of pure water (nothing added) daily and taking supplements. Good luck to you!!
