Hello Everyone!!

I am Fabiola and I have been in a low carb diet for a week now. I don't have a scale at the moment but eventualy I will weight myself, my clothes are feeling loser and my energy is up...just want to say Hi

Ola Fabi. You are blessed not to have a scale right now because people sometimes flop up and down sometimes during Induction and it can drive them crazy. Your clothes are a better guide. But do measure yourself now so you can see those inches fall away.

You live in a truly beautiful place. I was fortunate enough to visit Granada once and would love to see Southern Spain again. If you speak Spanish, there are some Spanish language threads too.

Please feel free to ask questions and come and post often. It keeps you on track. Glad you found your way here.

Thank you so much and yes I will measure myself, for some reason I prefer English. Here I speak Spanish all the time and it is a good way to not lose it I mean the language.

hi and welcome Fabi -- sounds like you are off to a great start. Check the recipe sites for meal plans - you'll be surprised the lucious tasting meals you'll find there.

Drink at least 64 ounces of pure water daily -- start exercising as soon as possible and take supplements according to the book. Good luck to you!

Hi to you too.I think you should get a scale that way you will know how much you lose,if you go up or stall to keep track on things.All the best to you.
