| Forgot to add. Most of your net carbs should come from vegetables, so you need to choose your three cups of veggies wisely.

| The Website you are talking about is run by the company that makes the Atkins products. They make their money from selling these products. They have the right to use the Atkins name to brand these products. They have changed the diet and they really recomend you using their brand. But as people here have said. We find that not all people can use these products. I tried the shake during induction and had to give it up. Now those products are for emergency only. Drink plenty of water and use whole foods. Take supplements. That is what Dr. Atkins wanted you to do.

| That sounds good. Have you tried FitDay - Free Weight Loss and Diet Journal Many of us like it as a way to see how we do with our fat intake and carb intake.

| Before I had my son I did atkins. For exercise I walked everymorning for an hour and did kickboxing. Kickboxing is an awesome total body workout try it! I recommend Billy Blanks boot camp or Shelly Macdonna Caribean Cruise boxing workouts! Also Sharon Mann is awesome. You could also try step aerobics. It's hard when you put so much into it and don't see the results trust me I know, but stick in there. This time I'm gonna make it! You can too |

| Glad you ordered the book! It really explains how to do this right (the way Dr. Atkins intended!). If you check out the sticky posts at the top of the forums, that should get you on your way to doing DANDR 2002
