| I add oils, mayo, butter if the fats get low. Use some cream cheese for snacks (I like a cream cheese, pumpkin mixture - but there is a limit on cheese so has to be careful with it) Eggs with mayo is a good snack. Devilled eggs are good. Or avocado (limit 1/2) or olives (limit 20).
