| Nothing wrong! During Induction the scale can go up and down by several pounds. That's why we advise that people not weigh in until the end. Watching it flop can make you crazy! Probably water related. Salt intake, cheese, processed meats, normal body fluctuations, TOM, medications, working out---all these things can play a part so that's why it is better to measure inches too. Then you can see that the inches are still dropping even if the scale is not cooperating. |

| you are in keotsis when there is a color, any color on the sticks - keotsis is like pregnancy, you are either in or not in - color is caused by several considerations including a darker color can mean you are dehydrated. good luck to you - as Jill said, stay of the scales - they will drive you crazy with the fluctuation daily.
