| Hi Cheryl, you will continue to lose but most of us do see the weight loss slow down after Induction so don't be surprised if that happens. Exercise helps keep it coming off as does drinking lots of water. Sounds like you are an easy loser so far so that's good. Don't be afraid to move up the rungs. What you learn in OWL will be the lessons that make it a permanent loss for you. |
