| Good luck to you --- it may take awhile since you have such a small amount left to loose but stick with the plan and you will loose. Did you use Atkins to loose the 28 pounds? | No I didn't use Atkins the whole time. I lost the first 8 pounds by running at the gym everyday and not doing any specific diet. Then I lost the next 14 pounds by doing South Beach Diet, but then I stopped losing weight so I decided to start Atkins Diet. I've been on it for three weeks and I've lost 6 pounds on it so far. |

| Good for you Christina. Be sure to study how the rungs work because they will teach you how to keep it off.
