Re: I'm new to your Board ~ | | | Welcome Ren, I love that feeling good is your primary goal and not just the scale. Having said that I wonder why we sometimes stray for months when we know that we DO feel better when we are on plan. Maybe the sugar causes a wee bit of amnesia? | |
