| WELCOME Ok you said you cheated, it's in black and white so move on. If you knocked yourself out of keotsis (which after 2 weeks of not eating correctly, you probably are) go back to induction for a few days until you get back into keotsis then move forward again. It's not the end of the world -- just try not to let it happen again. Good luck to you!!

| Hi Mama/Singer, It's that "just one bite" that derails a lot of people. Unfortunately Atkins is a Way of Eating where one slip up can lead to an avalanche of bad eating so you do need to vigilant. Just pick back up again and keep trying. Nobody's perfect. You are doing terrific so far, especially since you don't have a lot to lose. |

| Down a dress size? That's a big deal! Don't let a few slipups stop you from getting to where you want to be. We all hit bumps along the way but to keep going is the key to success. I'm sure you'll look great for your opening! |

| Thanks for the encouragement. I am committed to the way of life. My husband lost over 60 pounds doing Atkins and has maintained. He is now working with me to make sure we cook and eat the right things. Looking forward to the new me!!! |
