| Another kilo down! Slow and steady. I need to do better with the water. I think I'm getting about 5 glasses in. Had two G&Ts on Wednesday though. Tasty, but I didn't need them. I think I'll stay on induction another week or two.

| Hi Fuddle. You don't have to do gym exercise. A good stretch of the legs over those lovely green hills is a good workout too. |
