Hi, my name is Merry and this is my 2nd time on Atkins. The first time was right after I had my second child (about 11 years ago), before the "net carbs". I lost 60 lbs the first time and am excited to begin this adventure again. I am very determined to lose the 45 lbs I have gained and am hoping that this group will be the extra help I need to stay focused.

Hello Merry!
Welcome, you have certainly come to the right place, there is a ton of info on this board and many knowledgable members to help you out when you get stuck. Make sure you read the book before you start, then stick to the plan, drink plenty of water add a little exercise and you will soon start to see the results you want.
